Snickerdoodle Protein Balls!!!

You heard it right SNICKERDOODLE protein balls! I am not lying these actually taste like snickerdoodle cookies!

They have all the nuts and healthy fats you will ever need AND taste like a cookie! I mean how could you not want to eat these?

Okay now lets get to the point here is this easy and bomb af recipe!!

INGREDIENTS: 

3 dates

1/3 cup of pumpkin seeds

1/3 cup of cashews

1/3 cup of pecans

1 tablespoon of coconut butter ( I used Eating Evolved Roasted Coconut Butter)

1 tablespoon of Purely Elizabeth Maple Granola

1 tsp of cinnamon

1 tsp of vanilla

2 scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen

1 tablespoon of flaxseed

3 tablespoon of coconut oil or until doughy texture

1 tsp of ashwaganda

Roll in coconut sugar and cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Roll into balls and roll into cinnamon coconut sugar mixture.
  3. Store in freezer and pop out whenever you want!
