Chocolate Nut Protein Balls

You guys I have been digging protein balls so much lately! They are perfect for pre or post workout, a snack, or even a dessert!

These are a great way to pack in a bunch of protein and healthy fats into a small ball! Its so fun to customize the balls!

This chocolate protein ball is my all time fav because it honestly tastes like dessert and it keeps me full for a long time!

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of a combination of any type of nut or seed you can imagine! i used sunflower & pumpkin seeds and walnuts, almonds, cashews, & pecans
1 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
1 tablespoon of brian octane
1 tsp of vanilla
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder ( i used Vital Proteins chocolate blackberry collagen)
1 scoop of collagen ( I used Vital Proteins)
3 dates
1 tablespoon of nut milk
1.5 tablespoons of cacao powder( I used this Cacao)
1 tsp of ashwaganda

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine everything in a food processor.
  2. Roll into balls – makes 10 balls
  3. Pop these bad boys in the freezer and enjoy whenever your heart desires😇

I love how these are not rock hard when you take them out of the freezer. You can enjoy them right away!
